1. The Bicol Region General Hospital and Geriatric Medical Center (BRGHGMC), through the 2025 General Appropriation Fund (General Fund)-MOOE/Income intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND (PhP 2,750,000.00) PESOS ONLY being the ABC to payments under the contract for BRGHGMC-GS-2025-07 : Supply and Delivery of Medical Oxygen (Refill). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.
