  1. The City Government of Pasay, through the GENERAL FUND CY2026 intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Three Hundred Eighty Three Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Pesos (Php 15,383,990.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and delivery of MEDICAL OXYGEN, COMPRESSED AIR, CARBON DIOXIDE, FLASK TYPE (contents only) and other medical oxygen products for the CY2026 requirement of Pasay City General Hospital. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
