The City Government of Calbayog, through the budget approved by Sangguniang Panlungsod, CY 2025 GFAB, ITEM NO. 20-A-2e - MEDICAL, DENTAL AND LABORATORY SUPPLIES EXPENSES intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION NINETY THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY PESOS (Php 5,090,820.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL LABORATORY SUPPLIES (FOR OSPITAL SA BARANGAY), CITY HEALTH OFFICE, CALBAYOG CITY with Project Identification No. 4411-2025-017. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
