  Description : Invitation to Bid for (PR No. 2025-01-0003-CAL) - Procurement of Medical Insurance for BISU Calape Campus, Calape, Bohol
  
  1. The Bohol Island State University- Calape Campus, through the STF FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos Only (Php 170,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Medical Insurance (P.R. No. 2025-01-0003-CAL). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The Bohol Island State University- Calape Campus now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 days after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
