REBIDDING OF MEDICAL GASES
PB No. 2025-05-003 -Item No. 1

1. The FIRST MISAMIS ORIENTAL GENERAL HOSPITAL (FMOGH), using a single-year for a duration of Six (6)- Month Framework Agreement, through the Republic Act No. 12116, General Appropriations Act 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php 480,000.00) only for Item No. 1 being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically reject

2. The FMOGH now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Ten (10) calendar days from receipt of Call-Off/ Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
