SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT
CITY HEALTH OFFICE

1. The City Government of Calbayog, through the budget approved by Sangguniang Panlungsod, CY 2025 GFAB, Capital Outlay ITEM NO. 20-B-2 intends to apply the sum of SEVENTEEN MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 17,500,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, CITY HEALTH OFFICE with Project Identification No. 4411-2025-064. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Calbayog now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
