INVITATION TO BID

Supply and delivery of Medical, Dental & Laboratory Supplies for 1st and 2nd quarter 2025 use (rebid)

The Iwahig Prison and Penal Farm through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thirty-one Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php531,250.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contracts (ABCs) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

1. The IPPF now invites bids for the above Procurement Projects. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
