1. The City Government of Lipa, through the Current Year Appropriation 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Five Hundred Seventy-One Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-Nine Pesos and 65/100 (P6,571,739.65) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL, DENTAL AND LABORATORY SUPPLIES (REAGENTS) FOR USE AT LIPA CITY HOSPITAL SYSTEM OFFICE (SYSTEM 1), with Project Identification Number-2026-07-1025.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
