SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL, DENTAL AND LABORATORY SUPPLIES FOR CITY HEALTH DEPARTMENT (SUBJECT TO FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT)

1) The City Government of Caloocan, through the General Fund of the 2026 Annual Executive Budget approved under the Sangguniang Panlungsod Ordinance No. 1168 s. 2025 intends to apply the sum of Thirty One Million Two Hundred Eighty Six Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Three Pesos (₱31,286,833.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply And Delivery Of Medical, Dental And Laboratory Supplies For City Health Department (Subject To Framework Agreement). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The City Government of Caloocan now invites bids for Supply And Delivery Of Medical, Dental And Laboratory Supplies For City Health Department (Subject To Framework Agreement).
