  Description : SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL, DENTAL AND LABORATORY SUPPLIES TO BE USED AT RHU GUINOBATAN
  
  1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF GUINOBATAN, ALBAY, through the MHO-Medical, Dental & Lab. Supplies intends to apply the above-mentioned sum of Seven Hundred Twenty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Fifteen Pesos (Ph728,715.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payment under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL, DENTAL AND LABORATORY SUPPLIES TO BE USED AT RHU GUINOBATAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The Local Government Unit of Guinobatan, Albay, now invites bids for the above-mentioned procurement project. Delivery of the goods is required as specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of the Bidding Documents. Bidders should have completed within the period of SEPTEMBER 8, 2020 - December 26, 2025 a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
