Description : 1. The LGU of San Marcelino, Zambales through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Seventy One Pesos (Php1,299,571.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Supply and Delivery of Medical, Dental and Laboratory Supplies and Reagents”, Project ID No. Goods-2025-010. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
