INVITATION TO BID FOR Supply and Delivery of Medical, Dental and Laboratory Supplies

1. The Local Government Unit of Tago, Surigao del Sur, through the Bids and Awards Committee and through the budget Approved Budget of Sanggunian for year 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand One Hundred Thirty Pesos only (Php 933,130.00) (being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Medical, Dental and Laboratory Supplies). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Tago, Surigao del Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Supply and Delivery of Medical, Dental and Laboratory Supplies. Bidders must have completed, within one year and must have a direct store of business. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). Completion of the Works is required within Thirty (30) calendar days from start of Contract.
