INVITATION TO BID FOR
Supply and Delivery of Medical and Laboratory Supplies

1. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro, through the AB CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Two Hundred Twelve Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Eight Pesos (Php 5,212,338.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Medical and Laboratory Supplies for the use of various hospitals- PEEMO with Purchase Request No. 25-C0602 under Bid No. B-25-0174. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Ten (10) days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
