Description : To All Eligible Suppliers:

1. Please quote your lowest price inclusive of VAT on the item(s) listed below, subject to the Terms and conditions of the attached RFQ. No. 2025-03-009.

2. Submit or send your quotation(s) duly signed by you or your representative to the Bids and Awards Committee or its Secretariat on or before March 28, 2025 8:00am at Bignay National High School, Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), BAC Unit, BAC Secretariat Mr. Rommel H. Paderes.

3. Please write the Quotation No., your business name and RFQ no. in front of your envelope. Quotation that exceeds the approved budget for the contract (ABC) ( per item/ per lot) shall be rejected, Evaluation and award shall be done on a (per item/per lot) basis.

4. Completion of the project is within five (5) days is required upon receipt of the contract. Bidders should have completed, within one (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project.
