Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEAT VAN AND ELECTRIC STANDBY SYSTEM FOR SLAUGHTERHOUSE OPERATIONS USE

1. The Bids and Awards Committee of the Local Government Unit of Santiago City through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Million One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php 3,120,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEAT VAN AND ELECTRIC STANDBY SYSTEM FOR SLAUGHTERHOUSE OPERATIONS USE with ITB NO. 08-21-04. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bids and Awards Committee of the Local Government Unit of Santiago City now invites bidders for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEAT VAN AND ELECTRIC STANDBY SYSTEM FOR SLAUGHTERHOUSE OPERATIONS USE. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 days upon the receipt of purchase order. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
