Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEASURING AND SCALE EQUIPMENT
1. The Local Government Unit of Pili, Camarines Sur, through the Medical & Dental Laboratory Supplies intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand Five Hundred pesos (P 223, 500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEASURING AND SCALE EQUIPMENT with Project/Contract Reference Number:2025-106 . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Pili, Camarines Sur, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
