Description : 1)The Philippine Coast Guard-National Headquarters and Headquarters Service Support Group, through the General Appropriations Act for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of TEN MILLION FOUR HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED PESOS (PHP 10,490,200.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Meals for Various Offices of NHQ-PCG for First Semester of FY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

This procurement shall be undertaken as an Early Procurement Activity (EPA) pursuant to RA 9184, as amended by RA 12009, its IRR, and applicable GPPB guidelines. All activities prior to the effectivity of the FY 2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA) are conducted for planning purposes only and do not confer any vested right to participating bidders. No Notice of Award, Contract, nor Notice to Proceed shall be issued until funds have been duly appropriated and released, and the FY 2026 Annual Procurement Plan (APP) or its amendment covering this Project has been approved.
