The Department of Education-Schools Division of Pasay City (DepEd-Pasay) through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends for the implementation of the Project: Supply and Delivery of Meals for the Fostering Connection: The Power of Socio-Emotional Learning (SEL) in the amount of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos only (P250,000.00), chargeable against the General Appropriation Act (GAA) - HRTD Fund under National Government Fund - DepEd, SDO Pasay City.

In view of this, DepEd, SDO, Pasay City requests submission of Price Quotations for the above-mentioned project.

Please submit your duly signed quotations along with the copy of the following documents not later than December 3, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. for the item described under the duly signed and approved Purchase Request No. 2025-11-103-SVP dated November 24, 2025 subject to the terms and conditions provided therein and this Request for Quotation.
