Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEALS FOR CGLS VARIOUS ACTIVITIES FY 2026

1) The Coast Guard Legal Service, through the General Appropriations Fund for FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Seventy Eight Thousand Three Hundred Pesos (Php 578,300.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Meals for CGLS Various Activities FY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Coast Guard Legal Service now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Meals for CGLS Various Activities using the Lowest/Single Calculated Responsive bid award criterion using Competitive Bidding as a mode of Procurement. Delivery of the Goods is required within Three Hundred Sixty Five (365) calendar days upon receipt by the winning supplier of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
