a. Number of Meal Packs
· Total beneficiaries: 210 pax
· Meal provision for 3 days (December 8 - 10, 2025):
- Breakfast: 210 pax x 3 days = 630 breakfast packs
- Lunch: 210 pax x 3 days = 630 lunch packs
b. Meal Composition
· Each breakfast pack must include:
- Main breakfast dish (rice or bread-based) with protein
- Light vegetable or side dish
- Bottled water
- Light snack (optional but preferred)
· Each lunch pack must include:
- Rice meal with main protein dish (preferably chicken, beef, or pork)
- Vegetable side dish
- Bottled water
- Snack item (optional but preferred)
c. Meals Price Cap
· Maximum of PHP 300 per meal pack (PHP 300 for breakfast + PHP 300 for lunch per day = max PHP 600 per beneficiary per day)
· Price includes preparation, ingredients, packaging, and delivery and all applicable taxes.
d. Allergen Requirements
· Meals must strictly avoid the following allergens unless clearly labeled:
