(Pursuant to Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A 9184 - Negotiated Procurement Two Failed Competitive Biddings)
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY of Meals and Snacks for Women-s Various Meetings and Activities
1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Local Government Unit of Siay invites bidders to participate in the negotiation for the Procurement of Meals and Snacks for Women-s Various Meetings and Activities.
2. The LGU-Siay, Local Government Unit of Siay, through the approved Budget of the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty-One Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos Only (Php 121,800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the abovementioned procurement.
3. The LGU-Siay now invites interested bidders to submit and negotiate offer for the project on or before May 9, 2025 at 10:00 A.M at Office of the BAC Chairman, 2nd Floor, Municipal Hall Bldg., Dacanay, Siay, Zamboanga Sibugay.
