INVITATION TO BID FOR
Supply and Delivery of Meals and Snacks with Venue
1. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro, through the AB CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php 374,500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Meals and Snacks with Venue for the use of Provincial Housing Program- PAO-Admin with Purchase Request No. 25-0941 under Bid No. B-25-0134. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by As per Activity/Request. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
