  *The supplier shall deliver meals and snacks within the specified delivery locations and strictly comply to the agreed delivery time and schedule;
  *Preferred menu will be coordinated to the supplier 2-3 calendar days prior to the activity;
  *Any changes in schedule of delivery, number of pax per training/activity and menu shall be coordinated accordingly to the supplier
  *Partial payment is allowed every after event."
