Description : 1. The MUNICIPALITY OF GUINAYANGAN, QUEZON, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake a Small Value Procurement for the Supply and Delivery of Meals and Snacks for use by Municipal Mayor-s Office in accordance with Section 34 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of Republic Act No. 12009.

2. The municipality now invites eligible Suppliers to submit Quotations for the Supply and Delivery of Meals and Snacks as follows:
