INVITATION TO BID FOR
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEALS AND SNACKS FOR PDRRMO (FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT)

1. The Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija (PGNE), using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund - General Fund 2025, intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Seventy-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Five Pesos (P 679,975.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.

2. The PGNE now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Meals and Snacks for PDRRMO (Framework Agreement). Delivery of the Goods is required by the number of day(s) as specified per schedule of activity(ies) upon receipt of a Call-Off. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
