MUNICIPALITY OF BUENAVISTA

INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEALS AND SNACKS FOR MUNICIPAL MAYOR-S OFFICE

1. The Local Government Unit of Buenavista, Marinduque through MOOE Fund CY 2026 (Representation Expenses) intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Meals and Snacks for Municipal Mayor-s Office. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Buenavista, Marinduque now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Meals and Snacks for Municipal Mayor-s Office. Delivery of the goods is required upon receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed within one (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project.
