1. The City Government of Kidapawan, through the Office of the City Mayor-Election Services (100-02-01-001-25) CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php180,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Meals and Snacks for the BOC and Support Staff for the upcoming May 12, 2025 National Election. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Kidapawan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Six (6) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
