Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEALS AND SNACKS TO BE SERVED AS EVENT HOST DURING THE CAVRAA MEET 2025

1. The Bids and Awards Committee of the Local Government Unit of Santiago City through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Six Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Pesos( Php 10,624,730.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEALS AND SNACKS TO BE SERVED AS EVENT HOST DURING THE CAVRAA MEET 2025 with ITB NO. 02-25-29. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bids and Awards Committee of the Local Government Unit of Santiago City now invites bidders for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEALS AND SNACKS TO BE SERVED AS EVENT HOST DURING THE CAVRAA MEET 2025. Delivery of the Goods is depends on the activity date upon the receipt of purchase order.
