Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEALS AND SNACKS AND FOOD SUPPLIES FOR DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES AND MEETINGS OF MAYOR-S OFFICE
1. The Local Government Unit of Roxas, Palawan, through the 2025 Annual Budget, intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Fifteen Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 1,315,450.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEALS AND SNACKS AND FOOD SUPPLIES FOR DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES AND MEETINGS OF MAYOR-S OFFICE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government of Roxas, Palawan, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites bids for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEALS AND SNACKS AND FOOD SUPPLIES FOR DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES AND MEETINGS OF MAYOR-S OFFICE. Delivery of Goods is required within 155 calendar days. Goods shall be delivered on site. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
