1. The Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija (PGNE), through the General Fund, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Eighty Four Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Five Pesos (P 184,275.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Meals and Snacks for the 80th Anniversary of the Liberation of POWs in Cabanatuan. Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of quotations.

2. The PGNE now invites Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) registered Suppliers to quote for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by one (1) calendar day from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
