The CITY GOVERNMENT OF CABANATUAN through its Bid and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake Small Value Procurement for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEALS AND SNACKS in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation of Republic Act No. 9184.

Moreover, eligibility documents to be submitted are (i) photocopy of proponent-s Department of Trade and Industry or Securities and Exchange Commission Registration Certificate, as the case may be; (ii) Mayor-s Permit; and (iii) list of previous works done and respective clients.
