The Local Government Unit of Claveria, Cagayan would like to apply the sum of Four Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-Five Pesos (427,795.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Upgrading of Genset Feeder Wire, chargeable against Maintenance of Government Facilities.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Local Government Unit of Claveria, now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Upgrading of Genset Feeder Wire. Completion of the Works is required within Forty-Five (45) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
