1. The Department of Education - Division of Samar, through the Sub Aro no. R0-8-24-0541 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Sixteen Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Pesos Only (316,940.00) for The Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Training-Workshop on Basic Radio User Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
