Supply and Delivery of Materials for Reproduction of IEC and Maps
P.R. No. 2025-07-330
1. The Province of Guimaras, through 2025-5% LDRRMF (MITIGATION-EWS-Php.950,000.00) of Fifty-One Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Pesos Only ( 51,520.00) being the ABC to payments under the Supply and Delivery of Materials for Reproduction of IEC and Maps. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Province of Guimaras now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within (10) ten calendar days upon receipt of approved NTP. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 201... - Documents :
