1. The Municipality of Tupi through the General Fund (20% LDF) intends to apply the sum of Php 365,620.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Replacement of 5HP & 2HP Submersible Pump at Brgy. Kalkam and Municipal Compound (Fire Station Water Tank) Tupi, South Cotabato/ITB 051-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
