1. The Government of the Philippines, through the General Appropriation Act (GAA) for FY 2021 the sum of Three Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Two Pesos and Seventy-Eight Centavos Only (Php 343,332.78) being Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment the Contract for Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Repair of Sapa Ports Under Maintenance Section which this request for quotation is Issued
.
2. The MPW-BARMM LDS 2nd DEO hereafter referred to as the “Purchaser” now request you to submit price quotation for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Repair of Sapa Ports Under Maintenance Section.

3. A set of Technical Specification for the items are provided. All item listed under the Purchase Specification must be complied with on a pass-fail basis. Failure to meet any one of the requirements may result rejection of the quotation.
