1. The Government of the Philippines, through the General Appropriation Act (GAA) for FY 2021 the sum of Three Hundred Nineteen Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-Nine and Thirty-Two Centavos (Php 319,659.32) being Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment the Contract for Supply and Delivery of Ordinary or Regular Office Supplies and Equipment for Construction Section which this request for quotation is Issued.

2. The MPW-BARMM LDS 2nd DEO hereafter referred to as the “Purchaser” now request you to submit price quotation for the Supply and Delivery of Ordinary or Regular Office Supplies and Equipment for Construction Section.

3. A set of Technical Specification for the items are provided. All items listed under the Purchase Specification must be complied with on a pass-fail basis. Failure to meet any one of the requirements may result in rejection of the quotation.

4. Bidding Procedures will be conducted in accordance with the provision of the Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of 9184 as amended.
