INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS FOR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURE (THIRD QUARTER CY 2025)
1. The Municipality of Gasan, Marinduque through the General Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ninety Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Pesos (Php290,330.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for Repair and Maintenance of Government Buildings and Other Structure (Third Quarter CY 2025). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Gasan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by seven (7) working days upon receipt of Purchase Order.
