INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS FOR THE REHABILITATION OF WORN OUT ROOFING AND PAINTING OF TRUSSES AT DUGO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

1. The Municipality of Camalaniugan, through the SPECIAL EDUCATION FUND CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Seventy Three Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Pesos (P173,970.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS FOR THE REHABILITATION OF WORN OUT ROOFING AND PAINTING OF TRUSSES AT DUGO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL with an ITB#2025-19. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Camalaniugan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Fifteen (15) calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order.
