  The Barangay Government of Oaig-Upay-Abulao, Paoay, Ilocos Norte through the 20% Barangay Development Fund from CY 2024, intends to apply the sum of Fifty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-Seven Pesos and 25/100 (P 53,597.25) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Rehabilitation of Waiting Shed (along Oaig Road), Brgy. 26 Oaig-Upay-Abulao, Paoay, Ilocos Norte under ITB No. 2025-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
