INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS FOR THE REHABILITATION OF TENT AND FABRICATION OF TENT TRAPAL COVER

1. The Municipality of Camalaniugan, through the 5% LDRRMF SPECIAL TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty Two Thousand One Hundred Ninety Eight Pesos (P142,198.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS FOR THE REHABILITATION OF TENT AND FABRICATION OF TENT TRAPAL COVER with an ITB#2025-42. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Camalaniugan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Fifteen (15) calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
