Description : 1. The Barangay LGU of Santiago, Esperanza, Masbate, through the Office of the Punong Barangay through Appropriation Ordinance No. 1, Series of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eighty-Eight Thousand One Hundred Sixty-Three Pesos and 25/100 (₱88,163.25) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Rehabilitation of Kalahi Health Center Phase 2 at Barangay Santiago, Esperanza, Masbate, with Project Reference Number (PRN) of SANTIAGO-2025-12-002-GDS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
