1. The MUNICIPALITY OF MINGLANILLA, through the LOCAL FUND intends to apply the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED FIVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY FIVE PESOS (P 705,845.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The MUNICIPALITY OF MINGLANILLA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed at least one (1) contract that is equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC, from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
