Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Re-gravelling/ Repair and Maintenance of Roads

1. The Municipality of Agno, Pangasinan, through the Annual Budget CY 2024 General Fund intends to apply the sum of one million nine hundred ninety nine thousand nine hundred ninety eight pesos (Php1,999,998.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Re-gravelling/ Repair and Maintenance of Roads. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Agno, Pangasinan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 60 days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 60 calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
