Description : 1. The Barangay LGU of Labrador, Esperanza, Masbate, through the Office of the Punong
Barangay through Appropriation Ordinance No. 2, Series of 2024 intends to apply the sum of
One Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-Eight Pesos and 15/100
(₱155,538.15) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the
contract for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Provision of Street Light Phase I at
Barangay Villa, Esperanza, Masbate, with Project Reference Number (PRN) of VILLA-2025-
02-001-GDS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay LGU of Villa, Esperanza, Masbate now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery
of Materials for the Provision of Street Light Phase I at Barangay Villa, Esperanza, Masbate,
with Project Reference Number (PRN) of VILLA-2025-02-001-GDS, with the following
