WHEREAS, the BAC received the copy of the Approved Budget for the Contract with the amount of Two Hundred Twenty Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Pesos & 75/100 (Php 220,830.75) for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS FOR THE PROVISION OF GENDERIZED TOILET located at Barangay Catmon, Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte;
WHEREAS, the amount does not exceed from the threshold prescribe in RA No. 12009, Sec. 34.2;
WHEREAS, based on the said approved project the BAC caused the publication of the advertisement for the request of quotation in the Philgeps website;
