1. The Government of the Philippines, through the General Appropriation Act (GAA) for FY 2024 the sum of Php 368,000.00 being Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment the said contract which this request for quotation is Issued.

2. The MPW-BARMM LDS 2nd DEO hereafter referred to as the “Purchaser” now request you to submit price quotation for the aforementioned contract.

3. A set of Technical Specification for the items are provided. All item listed under the Purchase Specification must be complied with on a pass-fail basis. Failure to meet any one of the requirements may result rejection of the quotation.

4. Bidding Procedures will be conducted in accordance with the provision of the Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of 9184 as amended.
