1. The City Government of Marawi, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Pesos. (Php 2,355,620.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for Museum, Library & Coffee Shop Office Furniture and Electronics. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Marawi through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for Museum, Library & Coffee Shop Office Furniture and Electronics. Completion of Delivery is required within Seven (7) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
