The Barangay Local Government Unit of San Vicente, San Narciso, Quezon through its Bids and Award Committee (BAC), invites registered suppliers with DTI, Mayor-s Permit and PhilGEPS, if found eligible, to bid or the hereunder contract:

Prospective supplier should possess a valid DTI License, Mayor-s Permit , PhilGEPS Registered, have completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the ABC. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility check/screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the Lowest Calculated Bid.
