The Municipality of Jordan, through the 2025 Capital Outlay intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Eighty Nine Thousand Five Pesos Only (P389,005.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Improvement of Municipal Wharf (Completion of Multi-Purpose Building II (Pasalubong/Foodcourt Building) with ITB No. 2025-078. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
